What should I do if big companies can't get in and small companies don't want to?
Recently, I am submitting my resume and interviewing. I don't want to go into details about why I left my job, because every job seeker who quit can't escape one thing: salary and two opportunities. I am an administrative clerk in a small business with no more than 20 employees. Now my job intention is to be an administrative assistant. In order to exercise myself and have a better foundation in the future, I specially selected some larger companies for interviews. But during the interview, I met many things that I couldn't solve. The HR of a big company gives people a sense of arrogance, as if he wants to give you a duel. But there are also many people who are very friendly. I met one who had both the day before yesterday. The personnel department of a group company informed me to attend the interview at 10:00 am. I arrived at 9: 30 am, filled out the application form and was taken to the minister's office for an interview, but the minister kept calling, sometimes stopping to ask me some experience questions and then starting to call again. I wonder if he is really busy and doesn't have a few minutes to spare. I feel that the interview process is not respected. Later, the minister told me that the general manager of the administrative department would interview in person. I waited at least an hour and a half before I saw the beautiful, high-flying and friendly female boss. She read my resume, asked me some detailed questions, and finally asked me why I left my job. I told her that I lacked the opportunity to exercise. She was excited this time, saying that small companies are not perfect and big companies have more opportunities to exercise. She also said that I don't know what to ask when I read my resume, because the size of the company is very different and I have all the experience, but compared with big companies, it is a starting point. Finally, I was told to wait for the notice! In fact, everyone who has interviewed knows that there is no hope at this point. But I just don't understand, does anyone join a big company as soon as they go to work? If HR doesn't give us such an opportunity, how can we get into a big company? How can we meet the requirements of group recruitment?
