Reasonable. In reality, many enterprises give their employees with children a holiday 1 day on Children's Day. However, most government agencies, institutions and enterprises do not have a holiday on this day. According to Article 3 of National Statutory Holidays and Remembrances, Children's Day (1 June) is a holiday and memorial day for some citizens, 1 day for children under 4 years old.
