After the reorganization, Zhong Er, China will rely on 28 national research institutes of SINOMACH, more than 70 overseas service organizations, and the international marketing network spread over 140 countries to form strong product research and development, manufacturing capabilities, general contracting, system integration capabilities, trade and service capabilities, and become a high-end heavy equipment enterprise in China. China Zhong Er has strong product R&D, design and manufacturing capabilities. It has a national technical center, engineering laboratory and postdoctoral workstation, and more than 6,600 production equipment represented by the world's largest 800MN die forging press and 160MN free forging press. It has the ability to smelt 1000t molten steel, pour 600t steel ingots, and produce 550t finished castings and 400t finished forgings at one time. It can provide manufacturing services of metallurgical complete sets of equipment, nuclear power, hydropower, thermal power complete sets of castings and forgings, heavy pressure vessels, large transmission parts, large aviation die forgings and other major technical equipment according to international and domestic standards and different brands, specifications and user requirements. Over the past 50 years, China Zhong Er has provided nearly 2 million tons of major technical equipment for national economic sectors such as metallurgy, mining, energy, transportation, automobile, petrochemical, aerospace and national defense construction, accumulated profound technical strength and service experience, and played an irreplaceable role in the localization process of major national technical equipment.
