Shandong Huasheng Enterprise Group is a leading enterprise in gasoline engine industry. Since 1972 was put into production, the annual production capacity is 350,000 units, and the annual export volume is increasing year by year. 1999 exported 54,000 sets, mainly exported to Southeast Asia, the United States, Africa and Europe. Products are mainly small two-stroke gasoline engines, supporting backpack sprayers, lawn mowers, hair dryers and water pumps. On the basis of introducing, digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology, this enterprise sells its products abroad, and the market grows year after year, which shows that China's small gasoline engines can do well and enter the international market. Huasheng Enterprise Group introduced Komatsu 1E40F-3 gasoline engines and sprayers from Japan in the mid-1980s, and developed new products such as 1E36F and 1E34F gasoline engines.
Linhai Group, Northwest Forestry Machinery Factory and Liuzhou Suoluo Power Machinery Factory mainly focus on small forestry machinery, and have been producing small gasoline engines for more than 30 years. Their products include chain saws, wind extinguishers, brush cutters, lawn mowers, sprayers and pumps. Linhai Group and Northwest Forestry Machinery Factory (referring to general gasoline engines) have an annual production capacity of 65,438+10,000 units. 1997 ~ 1999, Linhai Group mainly produces motorcycle products with an output of 21~ 23,000 units, and Northwest Forestry Machinery Factory produces mopeds with an output of 22 ~ 3 1 1,000 units. Although Beijing Small Power Machinery Factory, Wuxi Gasoline Engine Factory and Suzhou Gasoline Engine Factory were all old enterprises put into operation in the early 1970s, they lacked the ability to develop new products and their output was not high in recent years.
Puis Company is a Sino-US joint venture, which produces two kinds of B&; S company's four-stroke gasoline engine has good reliability. Most of its products are used as power exports for ships, power generation, electric welding and construction machinery, and 20% of its products are sold in China, equipped with 3 or 5kW generator sets and harvesting machinery. Warwick Group, Puling Machinery Factory and Linhai Group are all large enterprises that mainly produce motorcycle products, with an annual production capacity of several hundred thousand units. The gasoline generator sets produced by Warwick and Puling are partly used for military-civilian communication, while most other manufacturers mainly use 1E40F gasoline engines and sprayers, with an annual production capacity of about 20,000 sets.
In recent two or three years, the small gasoline engine industry has attracted the attention of a large number of domestic and foreign manufacturers. Changzhou Diesel Engine Factory and Fuji Heavy Industries of Japan jointly developed1.5 ~1.0kw series gasoline engine products, with an annual production capacity of 654.38+10,000 units; Wuxi Huayuan Kyle mainly produces air-cooled diesel engines, and plans to develop five-grade four-stroke gasoline engines with a displacement of 160~300mL, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 units. At present, the gasoline engine with 200mL displacement has entered the stage of small batch trial production. Jianghuai Power Group has produced 168F 3.68kW four-stroke gasoline engine in small batch. Xingbao Electromechanical Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Xingtehao Company and Weiyang Diesel Engine Factory, will develop1.47 ~ 9.19 kW10 various two-stroke and four-stroke gasoline engines with an annual production capacity of 65,438+10,000 units. At present, a 1.47kW two-stroke gasoline engine is under trial production. Large motorcycle companies, such as Jialing Group, chongqing lifan Hongda, Chongqing Longxin, Chongqing Zongshen and Changchun Changling, are developing small gasoline engines, among which Jialing Group's 4.04 and 4.78kW gasoline engines have been produced in small batches, Lifan Hongda's 4.04kW gasoline engines have also been put into production in small batches, and small gasoline engines of 3.68~9.56kW have been developed. There are also some small and medium-sized enterprises, most of which mainly develop lawn mowers and lawn mowers. Some develop their own gasoline engines, and some import foreign gasoline engines and provide their own equipment. In 2000, Mindong Honda Company, a joint venture between Mindong Electric Machinery Factory and Honda Company, produced 30,000 generator sets of various grades.
