We are very grateful to the government and schools for providing a platform for our college students to learn and communicate, and let us have a further understanding of entrepreneurship. During these seven days, through the teacher's teaching, we set up our own simulation company. With our own team, we learned the process of establishing the company, the way of operation and so on. We realize that starting a business is not as easy as we thought. Only by mastering various abilities and absorbing various experiences can enterprises develop better. Of course, this is also inseparable from a good cooperative team. In the practice of simulating activity games, we know a lot of problems that should be paid attention to and some strategic thinking that managers should have. I also benefited a lot from the cooperation and communication with my classmates. To pave the way for future entrepreneurship, I also know that self-employment requires all aspects of knowledge accumulation, social experience and interpersonal skills, as well as good psychological endurance and risk awareness. College students have both successes and failures in starting a business, and not everyone is suitable for starting a business. So I think college students should be more rational when choosing to start a business. It is not enough to start a business with interest and passion. It is also restricted by funds, interpersonal relationships, policies and environment.
I believe this training course will be of great help to both entrepreneurs and employees in the future. In the rest of my life, I will use the knowledge learned in this training class to guide my life course.
