Isn't it a big deal to increase capital? Why is it necessary to submit an interim report for the Resolution on Issuing Additional Shares?

Issuing new shares can lead to capital increase, but it cannot be completely equivalent to capital increase.

The decision to increase capital is not the main issue. However, the resolution on the plan to issue new shares is a major issue. Please refer to the following provisions for details.

(13) The Board of Directors made relevant resolutions on the issuance of new shares or other refinancing plans and equity incentive plans;

(9) Decisions on capital reduction, merger, division, dissolution and filing for bankruptcy of the company.

Capital increase is a good thing, and it will not lead to abnormal fluctuations in the share price of listed companies, so it is not a major event and no temporary announcement is needed.
