Independent research and development of the first comprehensive test matching platform in China with the functions of overall optimization of fuel cell engines, matching of key components and optimization of control strategies. The platform provides experimental basis for parametric design and performance test standards of vehicle fuel cell engines and key components, and its measurement and control system can monitor and control the operation process and realize automatic test.

Matching and debugging test-bed for power system of electric vehicle

It is mainly used for the integrated matching debugging of electric vehicle power system and the development and testing of vehicle controller. It consists of inertial simulation loading, power supply simulation, real-time simulation calculation and driver operation platform.

Motor and drive controller test platform

The self-developed test platform for high-speed motor and drive control system can complete the mechanical characteristics, efficiency characteristics, regenerative braking characteristics, cooling system parameters and other performance tests of motor and drive control system.

Vehicle-mounted high-pressure hydrogen supply system

Self-developed integrated technology of vehicle-mounted high-pressure hydrogen supply system. It can provide hydrogen for vehicle fuel cells, and its working pressure is 350bar.

Power storage battery test platform and its management system

It consists of advanced single battery, special test equipment for battery module and battery pack, temperature control adjustment and balanced charging vibration test equipment. It can test the performance of power battery under various working conditions under high and low temperature and vibration conditions.
