What if the workplace leader asks you to fake it?

In the workplace, it is common to falsify some data according to the requirements of leaders. It can be said that it is a common occurrence, so there is no need to make a fuss. Some people may say that this is not fraud. I can only say that some things are forced. Then when we cheat according to the requirements of the leaders, we should also be vigilant and keep an eye on it.

1: Never do anything illegal.

When the leader asks you to take a leave that is illegal, no matter how intimidating and tempting the leader is, this kind of thing must not be done, because it involves not only your work, but also your personal safety.

Therefore, if you think that the fake made by the leader is illegal, you would rather lose your job than do it. Remember not to take chances and be greedy. You know, once you break the law, the consequences are unimaginable.

2. In accordance with the requirements of the leader, you must practise fraud, which is reflected in your work record.

Who arranged it? Do what? How come? Be sure to record clearly, and back up or copy the original data and tampered data, so as to be well documented and easy to explain once it is investigated by the higher authorities.

3. According to the requirements of the leadership, the data must be confirmed by the leadership and leave traces.

Either ask the leader to give instructions on relevant documents, or ask the leader to give instructions through email or office system, not just verbal instructions, so as to protect yourself.

Here, I am not encouraging costs, but as an employee, sometimes there is really no way. In this case, you still have to do what you should do, but you need to remember two things: one is not to break the law, the other is not to go against your conscience, and finally, you must protect yourself and not to be a backburner.
