The registration authority shall issue an announcement to the enterprise legal person approved for registration, stating the name of the enterprise group, the name of the core enterprise, the name of the member enterprise, the name of the member unit, etc. And then the enterprise group was formally established from the date of industrial and commercial registration.
Legal basis: A company established according to law in Article 7 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company.
