Yan Ruosen, male, born in19711,director of the research center for corporate governance and management development of Wuhan University, professor economics and management school of wuhan university, doctoral supervisor, doctor of management of Wuhan University, postdoctoral mobile station for business administration of Nankai University/postdoctoral exit from the research center for corporate governance of Nankai University, Mainly engaged in corporate governance, enterprise theory, comparative system analysis, strategic management and other research. He has independently managed the world, China's industrial economic management, accounting research, insurance research, reform, economic and social system comparison, economic theory and economic management, financial issues research, contemporary economic science, economic system reform, technical economy, and Eastern Europe and Central Asia research. He has published dozens of papers in important academic journals such as Jianghai Academic Journal, Jianghuai Forum, zhejiang academic journal, academic journal of zhongzhou and Social Sciences, and important newspapers such as People's Daily Theory Edition and Economic Daily Theory Weekly.
