Shanghai Public Security Bureau found that Rola Chen had fled abroad before the crime. After receiving the report, the Ministry of Public Security immediately launched an overseas arrest and issued a red notice of Interpol, requesting assistance from relevant countries and regions to find the suspect. After going all out, I found that Rola Chen had fled to Fiji. The Ministry of Public Security has carried out close cooperation with Fiji's law enforcement agencies through international law enforcement cooperation channels, and sent a working group to Fiji to carry out the arrest work.

On the evening of August 19, the Ministry of Public Security informed that with the strong support of our embassy in Fiji, China police cooperated with Fiji law enforcement departments to successfully capture the actual controller of Shanghai Insurance Agency Co., Ltd. suspected of economic crimes in Fiji, and escorted Chen back to China on the evening of August 19.
