The group was formerly a shipping company founded in 196 1 year. 1999, the shipping companies under the group successfully merged and founded the brand of "Jiehang", becoming the only ferry operator providing 24-hour service to Hong Kong and Macao. At present, Jet Flight has the largest fleet of high-speed passenger ships in Asia, connecting major cities in the rapidly developing Pearl River Delta, including Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen. In 2003, Jet Airways launched an airport route to provide passenger services between Hong Kong International Airport and Shenzhen and Macau. In terms of land transportation, the Group provides cross-border passenger bus services, with direct access to many cities in Macau and Guangdong Province. In 2006, the Group also established a low-cost airline, TAG Heuer Airlines Limited, in Macau to provide services between Macau, Chinese mainland and Asia. The Group's extensive transportation network in the Pearl River Delta covers land, sea and air, which is conducive to the Group's long-term development strategy and fully cooperates with the vigorous development of Macao in the future.
