China Real Estate Association and China Real Estate Evaluation Center of Shanghai Yiju Real Estate Research Institute jointly released the evaluation results of the top 500 real estate development enterprises in China in 2020, and announced the list of "China Lv Wen Real Estate 10 Top 2020".
Evergrande ranks first, Sunac and Greenland rank second and third respectively, while Country Garden, Agile, Vanke, Xinhualian Lv Wen, Anhui Huaan Development Holding Group Co., Ltd., Rong Sheng Real Estate and Sunshine 100 rank fourth 4- 10/0 respectively.
