What does divestiture of building qualification mean?

Qualification stripping, also called qualification separation, is to separate the construction qualifications owned by the parent company.

It is equivalent to setting up a subsidiary or an independent main company by a company with construction qualifications, and then separating the qualifications. After the separation of qualifications is completed, the newly established subsidiary or main company and the parent company change companies, and the qualifications are stripped after the change is completed.
