In 2004, after the reform of mixed ownership, Wuxi Traffic Engineering Co., Ltd., which is controlled by the state, was established. In response to the call of Wuxi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to make state-owned enterprises stronger, better and bigger, in 20 18, Wuxi Communications Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. was established on the basis of the original engineering company by acquiring and merging high-quality enterprises in the industry.
