Ningbo Lejin Yongxing Chemical Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture jointly invested by LG Chemical Co., Ltd., the largest comprehensive chemical company in Korea, and Ningbo Development and Investment Group. Established in 1996, China Ningbo ABS resin factory was established in 1998, specializing in producing ABS and SAN resins. At present, its production capacity has reached 850,000 tons/year, making it one of the largest ABS production plants in Chinese mainland.

China Petroleum Jilin Petrochemical Company is a super-large comprehensive petrochemical production enterprise integrating oil refining, olefin, synthetic resin/synthetic rubber, synthetic ammonia/synthetic gas. Formerly known as Jilin Chemical Industry Company, it was the first large-scale chemical base marked by "three modernizations" in China during the First Five-Year Plan period. Construction started on 1954 and was completed and put into operation on 1957.
