How to write the audit report of Hong Kong companies

The audit report of Hong Kong companies is the core material of enterprise tax return, and it is a verification report issued by a registered accountant in Hong Kong. A complete audit report generally includes the following five core parts:

1. Director's report: The content mainly explains the company's history, the nature of the company's main business, the brief introduction of shareholders, directors and auditors, etc.

2. Auditor's report: it is the auditor's opinion on the whole financial report. Generally speaking, auditors' opinions are mainly divided into two types: qualified opinions and unqualified opinions.

3. Financial report: The content mainly includes detailed balance sheet and income statement, as well as details of income, expenditure and management expenses. If the company's business volume is large, generally more than 20 million, it needs to increase the cash flow statement.

4. Schedule: mainly explain the accounting system of the company.
