Introduction to listing
Listing is a technical term in financial market. In a narrow sense, listing, that is, initial public offering (IPO), refers to the process that a company issues shares to investors for the first time through a stock exchange to raise funds for the company to develop its assets. When many investors subscribe for new shares, they need to choose to allocate shares, which is called new shares. Subscription investors hope to sell at a price higher than the subscription price. In the context of China, the listing of China Company is divided into China and Shanghai Stock Exchange. Shanghai stock exchange sales; China company sells directly on non-Chinese mainland stock exchange (red chips) and its China company sells in the name of offshore account company on overseas stock exchange.
