Introduction of Sinochem Blue Sky Group Co., Ltd.

Sinochem Blue Sky Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sinochem Blue Sky") was formerly known as Zhejiang Petrochemical Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Petrochemical Building Materials", a provincial enterprise group formed by the merger of former Zhejiang Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Building Materials Group Co., Ltd.). In June 2008, China Sinochem Group (a fortune 500 enterprise) signed a capital increase agreement with Zhejiang SASAC, and Petrochemical Building Materials became a holding subsidiary of Sinochem Group. In July 2009, Petrochemical Building Materials was renamed Sinochem Blue Sky. At present, the company's main business focuses on fluorine chemical industry, pharmaceutical circulation, engineering design and other fields.
