Brief introduction of Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital

Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital was established in September, 1952. It is the largest three-level first-class general hospital in Quanzhou, which integrates medical treatment, scientific research, teaching and first aid. It undertakes important tasks such as medical technology, scientific research and teaching, personnel training, rescue of critically ill patients, rescue of public health emergencies and medical rescue for important leaders and foreign guests in Banna. Now it has become the frontier of Yunnan and Southeast Asia. The hospital covers an area of 42900m2, with a total construction area of 9 1754.73m2 (including the existing construction area of 40,754.73m2 and the construction area of 5 1.000 m2). It is divided into three parts: outpatient department, inpatient department and accommodation area. In recent years, the hospital has been awarded the honorary titles of "National Advanced Collective of Health Medicine and Health System" by the Ministry of Health, "Yunnan Advanced Grassroots Party Organization" by the Provincial Party Committee, "Yunnan Civilized Unit" by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, "National Advanced Unit of Ideological and Political Work in Health System" by the National Health Ideological and Political Work Committee, and "Yunnan Medical Ethics Demonstration Hospital" by the Provincial Health Department. On April 20 13, it passed the evaluation of the third-class first-class general hospital of Yunnan Provincial Health Department, and officially became the Xishuangbanna People's Hospital affiliated to Kunming University of Science and Technology on May 28, 20 14.
