Shenzhen Yanyangtang is a subsidiary of Bitongtang in Hong Kong and a sales company in Bitongtang's domestic market. The company has used two forged evidences in the labor arbitration court on March 9, 2023.
The first perjury is the September Work Appraisal Form, Work Appraisal Form 1 1, Work Appraisal Form 1 submitted by the company's legal affairs. None of the above three forms is confirmed by the signature of the "appraised person" (actually, I have no knowledge at all), and there is no publicity (OA email notice within the company, paper posting or any other means), which belongs to forged evidence operated in a black box and fabricated out of thin air.
