Search for potential listing or merger targets, conduct due diligence and financial analysis on merger targets, formulate listing procedures and merger plans, participate in listing and restructuring negotiations, and establish a management mechanism for project investment;
Organize the preparation of reorganization and M&A report, and make financial analysis, financial forecast and enterprise historical data valuation;
Organize and coordinate the funders, enterprises and other internal work processes;
Organize the drafting of documents related to project approval;
Establish customer resource database, keep regular contact with core customers, expand and explore customer needs, and provide continuous service and value-added for core customers.
