Management structure: the board of directors has four management and operation cores, the Dutch headquarters; International financial business department; Enterprise and Capital Markets Department; Asset management department.
Group headquarters: responsible for all insurance and banking services in the Dutch domestic market.
International Financial Business Department: All businesses of international insurance, retail banks and commercial banks outside the Netherlands are managed by the center. Its insurance business is divided into three regions: Europe and Latin America, North America, Asia and Australia. Banking business is managed by the center.
Enterprise and Capital Markets Department: All international monetary and capital market management departments are managed by this department. Including international banking network and financial products, trade, sales, investment banking, corporate banking, risk management and research.
Asset management department: responsible for the asset and account management of enterprise investors, providing personal international banking services and asset management of insurance business of group companies. The real estate business and trust business are also managed by this department. The department also manages the investment funds of ING's companies.
