The surface effect is also good, and its patterns and colors can be natural wood colors close to logs, or patterns of other colors; The adhesion effect between PVC edge banding and mesh or coating bottom surface is also very good. Specification: thickness 0.2~3mm, width 19-50mm and length1000 mm. When the thickness of PVC edge banding is more than 2mm, there is a certain stress, so it is necessary to heat and soften or raise the temperature of the adhesive, otherwise it will fall off by itself due to unstable stress bonding.
3. Melamine edge banding: Melamine edge banding is a paper edge banding made of high-quality color base paper printed with various artistic patterns (or pure colors) such as wood grain, flowers, dermatoglyphics and marbles, and then impregnated and cured by modified melamine resin.
Melamine edge banding has the characteristics of wear resistance, fire resistance, oil resistance, moisture resistance and acid and alkali resistance, and has the advantages of excellent flexibility, strong adhesion after bonding and not easy to fall off. Specifications: thickness 0.2 ~ 0.4 mm, width about 25mm, length 1000 ~ 2000 mm, melamine edge banding has excellent bending performance, which will be better after heating, but it is easy to break.
