Does the bank need to change when the company's address changes?

Legal analysis: banks don't need to change. Although the company's address has changed, the nature and name of the company have not changed, the transaction is the same as the original, and the trading account has not changed. The company's account in the bank has nothing to do with the company address, but with the account number. Therefore, there is no need to change.

Change process:

1. Original and photocopy of business license

2. Original and photocopy of tax registration certificate (national tax and local tax)

3. Notice of approval of change of registration of enterprise as a legal person

4. Letter of introduction

5. The original and two copies of the legal person ID card.

6. Original and 2 copies of the authorized person's ID card.

7. The original and two copies of the organization code certificate.

8. Old account opening permit

9. Power of attorney of legal person

Bring the old and new official seal, financial seal and legal person seal. If the old seal is destroyed, you can bring the old seal recycling certificate issued by the public security department. Go to the bank and fill out the bank settlement account management agreement, and just reserve the seal.

Article 26 Where a company changes its registered items, it shall apply to the original company registration authority for registration of change.

Without the change registration, the company shall not change the registered items without authorization.

Article 27 When applying for registration of change, a company shall submit the following documents to the company registration authority:

(1) An application for change registration signed by the legal representative of the company;

(2) resolutions or decisions on changes made in accordance with the Company Law.

(3) Other documents required by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Where the company's change of registration matters involves the revision of the articles of association, it shall submit the revised articles of association or amendments to the articles of association signed by the company's legal representative.

Where laws, administrative regulations or decisions of the State Council require approval to change registered items, relevant approval documents shall also be submitted to the company registration authority.
