What kind of clothes is better for female account managers of securities companies?

Look at the picture, this is a standard formal dress, and another one is pants for skirts. You must wear a white shirt. The coat depends on the weather. Our sales department doesn't require formal attire in winter, but I usually wear a suit and down jacket outside! What questions can you ask me?
