Shenzhen Aerospace Science and Technology Innovation is a central enterprise. Shenzhen Institute of Aerospace Science and Technology Innovation (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Institute") is directly under China Aerospace Science and Technology Group, a bureau-level institution and a national high-tech enterprise in Shenzhen. Shen Yan Institute was established in 2000, formerly known as Shenzhen International Institute of Technological Innovation, and was established in 2007 by agreement of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, Shenzhen Municipal People's Government and Harbin Institute of Technology, which opened a business model of cooperation among central enterprises, universities and local Industry-University-Research.
