Yixing high-speed railway station is located in Meiyuan Village, Dingshu Town, Yixing City, Jiangsu Province. It is a second-class station under the jurisdiction of China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd., which was founded in March of 201year and officially opened for operation in July of 201year. Yixing Station covers an area of about 85,000 square meters; The building area of the station building is 8000m2, with a length of 150m, a width of 40m and a height of 20m. The waiting hall covers an area of 3200 square meters.
The design of Yixing Station was completed by Beijing Architectural Design Institute, and the design concept was "one teapot, two cups". "A teapot" refers to a square main building with reddish-brown pottery plates as the main facade material; "Two teacups" refers to the bus passenger transport center and tourist distribution center built on both sides of the station building, which fully embodies the local characteristics of Yixing Taodou. Yixing Railway Station Complex has one floor above ground and two floors locally. Among them, there is a ticket hall, a waiting hall and a ticket gate on the ground floor. The ground part of Yixing Station includes the square in front of the station, the parking lot for passenger transport and urban public transport, the parking lot for tourist buses, and the taxi drop-off area. There are 500 parking spaces for social vehicles, taxi pick-up areas and traffic corridors on the ground floor.
