Are Tianchen Qi Xiang and Qixiang Tengda the same company?

Tianchen Qi Xiang is a joint venture established in Zibo by China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Chemical Industry, and Qixiang Tengda.

Tianchen shares 75%, Qi Xiang Tengda 10%, and the rest 15% are held by employees. Tianchen is the first design institute of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry and a well-deserved leading chemical enterprise in China.

Tianchen company has contracted a large number of contracts through EPC, which is the integration of engineering procurement and construction. Over the years, through integration, digestion, absorption and originality, we have accumulated a large number of engineering and technical achievements and extended to the chemical industry with confidence.

Tianchen Qi Xiang is a mixed-ownership enterprise, and its main shareholders are China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianchen Company) and Guohua Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guohua Investment) under China Chemical Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Chemical).
