Work content and responsibilities

The vice-chairman of the trade union is an important assistant to the chairman, responsible for all the work and assisting the chairman in handling the daily work of the trade union.

Be responsible for organizing all trade union comrades to study Theory of Three Represents Theory, Trade Union Law, Labor Law and other trade union laws and regulations and relevant documents from higher authorities, constantly improve their theoretical level and professional work ability, and give full play to the role of trade unions as a bridge and link between the party committees and employees of the company.

Represent and safeguard the rights and interests of employees, go deep into the grassroots, investigate and study, keep close contact with the masses, listen to and reflect the reasonable demands of faculty and staff, and better seek the welfare of employees.

Assist the Chairman in organizing the implementation of trade union work, organize the formulation of trade union work plans, hold trade union office meetings and related meetings, make arrangements, check, implement and summarize, and help solve problems in work.

Existing problems, summarize and exchange work experience, and promote trade union work.

Organize the office staff to work together, promote democracy, do a good job of unity, and work together with Qi Xin to do a good job.

Leading the work of female workers, implementing the relevant policies and regulations of female workers, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of female workers, and cooperating with family planning work.

In accordance with the division of labor, in charge of finance and employee welfare, in accordance with the financial system to manage and make good use of trade union funds and property, do a good job in sorting out trade union statistical reports, documents and files.

Assist the chairman to convene the member congress and the staff congress, check the implementation of the resolutions and proposals of the congress, and do a good job in the daily work of the staff congress when it is not in session.
