A brief history of Squibb company

1887, two young Americans, william mclaren Bristol and John Rip Myers, founded a drug sales company with dreams.

/kloc-In the late 9th century, Squibb founded a pharmaceutical company named after himself. From 65438 to 0989, the two companies merged into Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, becoming the second largest pharmaceutical company in the world at that time.

Bristol-Myers Squibb has three legal entities in China, namely Bristol-Myers Squibb (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Sino-American Shanghai Squibb Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Bristol-Myers Squibb (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd.

Besides, Mead Johnson, the brother company of Bristol-Myers Squibb, also came to China on 1997 to become a market leader with high-quality infant nutrition products. In the same year, Bristol-Myers Squibb also introduced Kangfubao's advanced medical ostomy and wound treatment products to the China market.
