1, industrial enterprises refer to the following enterprises:
(1) Mining refers to the exploitation of natural resources, including oil exploitation, non-metallic mineral exploitation, timber logging and other industries;
(2) Processing industry refers to the industry that reprocesses industrial raw materials;
(3) Light industry with agricultural products as raw materials refers to light industry with agricultural products as basic raw materials directly or indirectly;
(4) Light industry with non-agricultural products as raw materials refers to light industry with industrial products as raw materials.
2. Legal basis: Article 2 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Industrial Enterprises Owned by the Whole People.
Industrial enterprises owned by the whole people (hereinafter referred to as enterprises) are socialist commodity production and business units that operate independently according to law, are responsible for their own profits and losses, and have independent accounting.
The property of an enterprise belongs to the whole people, and the state grants the enterprise the right to operate and manage according to the principle of separation of ownership and management. Enterprises have the right to possess, use and dispose of the property authorized by the state to operate and manage.
An enterprise that has obtained legal person status according to law shall bear civil liability with the property that the state has authorized it to operate and manage.
2. What materials do I need to apply for industrial production license?
Industrial production license needs the following materials:
1, Application for National Industrial Product Production License in triplicate;
2. Three copies of the business license;
3, other materials required in the detailed rules for the implementation of the product. Such as quality manuals, program documents, work instructions, forms, etc. ;
4. After receiving the application from the enterprise, AQSIQ shall accept the application materials that meet the requirements of the detailed rules for implementation.
