Shenyang brilliance jinbei Automobile Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Shenyang Jinbei Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Brilliance Automobile") is a joint venture jointly funded by Brilliance China Automobile Holdings Co., Ltd. and Jinbei Automobile Co., Ltd.
