Branch acquisition process

The process of branch acquisition is as follows: first, it is necessary to sign a letter of intent for acquisition, an equity change agreement, and a creditor-debtor division agreement. Second, go to the industrial and commercial bureau to handle the change of equity, bank and national tax. Third, complete the acquisition. Article 172 of the Company Law stipulates that a company merger may take the form of absorption merger or new merger. A company absorbs other companies for merger, and the absorbed company is dissolved. The merger of two or more companies to form a new company is a new merger, and the parties to the merger are dissolved.
