Shanxi Gaohe Energy Co., Ltd. (SGEC) is a large coal mine invested and built by Lu Shanxi An Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. and Asian American Continental Coal Industry Co., Ltd. (AACI). Lu 'an Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. holds 55% of the shares, and Yamei Continental Coal Co., Ltd. holds 45% of the shares.
