In order to improve the housing utilization rate of units or individuals, according to the relevant laws and regulations of the state, provinces and cities, Party A and Party B agree to enter into a lease contract with the following terms:

8. During the lease period, if Party A needs to take back the house, it must notify Party B in writing one month in advance. At the same time, double the performance bond; If Party B needs to cancel the lease, it must also notify Party A in writing one month in advance, and may not ask for the return of the performance bond.
9. During the lease period, Party B shall not sublet the house to a third party without Party A's consent. When the lease expires or the contract is terminated, Party B shall return the house to Party A after clearing the expenses; If you need to renew the lease, you must negotiate with Party A one month in advance. If the lease is not renewed within the time limit, Party A has the right to take back the house.
X. In case of any dispute during the performance of this contract, both parties shall settle it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, you can request the housing lease management department to mediate or bring a lawsuit to the people's court.
