Jiangsu Ocean University (hereinafter referred to as JOU) is located in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. It is a key university under the "Hundred Schools Project" of the Ministry of Education, a key university supported by the National Modern Agricultural Industrial Technology System of the Ministry of Agriculture, and a governing university of the National Academic Affairs Alliance of Sea-related Universities.
