Tangshan Sanyou Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. SH: 600409 is the pioneer of soda ash (namely sodium carbonate) industry in China, the first large-scale demonstration enterprise of soda ash plant in China, with total assets of 5.74 billion yuan and annual sales income of 5 billion yuan. Over the past few years, under the leadership of Chairman and Party Secretary Mo Zhiyi, the company has achieved rapid and scientific development. The output of soda ash increased from 600,000 tons in design to 2 million tons. Output, quality, cost, market share and foreign exchange earned by export rank first in the industry for many years, and it is the only enterprise in the same industry in China that has passed the double certification of ISO9002 quality system and product quality.
