In order to facilitate the purchase of medicines by employees participating in urban workers' medical insurance and establish a competition mechanism for designated retail pharmacies, according to the Detailed Rules for the Administration of Designated Retail Pharmacies for Urban Workers' Basic Medical Insurance in Qinghai Province (Qinglao Shefa [2000] No.83) and the Notice on the Management of Designated Medical Institutions and Retail Pharmacies for Urban Workers' Basic Medical Insurance (Qinglao Shefa [20065438+0] No.9), Approved by the Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security and the US Food and Drug Administration, Xining Hong Fei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Xining Dongguan No.1 Pharmacy and other 15 retail pharmacies meet the qualification of designated retail pharmacies for urban workers' medical insurance, which is hereby announced.
Regional medical insurance agencies should choose designated retail pharmacies within the approved scope and sign service agreements according to regulations. The text of the service agreement shall be submitted to the labor and social security department at the same level.

In order to facilitate the medical insurance for urban workers, according to the Implementation Rules for the Management of Designated Medical Institutions of Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Workers in Qinghai Province (No.82 issued by the Youth Labor Agency [2000]) and the Notice on the Management of Designated Medical Institutions and Retail Drugstores of Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Workers (No.9 issued by the Youth Labor Agency [20065438+0], the Health Department
Co-ordinate the regional medical insurance agencies to select designated medical institutions within the scope of examination and approval, and sign the service agreement according to the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Service Agreement Text of Designated Medical Institutions and Designated Retail Drugstores in the Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Employees (No.56 [2000] of Youth Labor Society). The text of the service agreement shall be reported to the administrative department of labor and social security at the same level for the record.
