National Treasure Life Insurance Service Purpose:
1. During the hesitation period, 100% paid a return visit to customers who signed new contracts for individual long-term life insurance, actively informed customers of the important matters of the policy, reminded them of their rights and earnestly safeguarded their legitimate rights and interests.
2. Within 3 working days from the date of receiving the insurance application with complete information (excluding physical examination and survival survey) and the first premium; If the underwriting cannot be covered, it shall inform the customer within 3 working days and explain the reasons.
3. Complete the acceptance within 2 working days from the date of receiving the preservation application with complete information and meeting the conditions stipulated in the contract; If the preservation does not involve the payment of insurance premiums, it shall be handled within 3 working days from the date of agreeing to the preservation; If the security involves paying insurance premiums, it shall be handled within 3 working days from the date when the customer pays all the insurance premiums. If it can't be completed on time due to special reasons, it will explain the reasons to customers in time and feedback the progress.
