Transmission line inspection refers to the observation, inspection and measurement of transmission line components by staff with tools and instruments such as eyes or telescopes. The purpose is to master the running state of the line and find out the equipment defects and problems that threaten the safety of the line in time.
Because overhead lines are widely distributed and run in the open air for a long time, they are often affected by the surrounding environment and natural changes. Because the types of distribution line equipment are more and more complicated than transmission lines, special equipment should be inspected in addition to transmission lines.
In general, the following items should be checked for regular patrol inspection of lines:
1, whether there are activities such as digging holes, piling up soil, building houses, crane loading and unloading, blasting and shooting in the protected area.
2. Whether inflammable, explosive, acid and alkali articles are piled up in the protected area.
3. Whether trees and bamboos are planted in the protected area, and whether the distance between trees and bamboos and electric wires meets the specified requirements.
4. Whether there are newly laid power lines, communication lines, aerial ropeways, pipelines and cables in the protected area, and whether the crossing angle, vertical distance and parallel distance between these lines and pipeline facilities and this line meet the specified requirements.
5. Whether roads, railways, docks, unloading yards, storage yards and shooting ranges are built near the line.
6. Are there any movable facilities such as tall mechanical facilities near the line?
7. Pollution sources near the line.
8. Check whether the roads and bridges necessary for line maintenance are damaged.
9. Whether the river near the line is flooded, whether there are flash floods near the mountain, and whether the tower is flooded or washed away.
10, contact the relevant units (individuals), prune the branches near the conductor, and remove the prominent obstacles that threaten the safe operation of the line, such as TV antenna.
