At present, there are more than 100 refrigeration copper tube production enterprises in China, among which only a dozen enterprises above designated size (with an annual production capacity of over 50,000 tons) are located in Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and other provinces where air-conditioning production enterprises are concentrated. Zou, a researcher at the Copper Department of Beijing Antaike Information Research Center, said.
In the first eight months of 20 13, the cumulative output of household air conditioners was 78194,700 units, up 6.84% year-on-year; The cumulative sales volume was 82.261.6 million vehicles, up 5.38% year-on-year. Among them, the domestic sales volume was 42.7909 million units, up 4.57% year-on-year; The export volume was 39.4707 million vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 6.28%. Consistent with the air conditioning industry, the output and sales volume of refrigeration copper tube industry showed an increasing trend in 20 13 years. According to Zou, by the end of September, the sales volume of refrigeration copper tubes was 700,000-800,000 tons, and it is expected to reach 6,543,800 tons in 2065.438+02. By the end of August, the export volume of refrigeration copper tubes was 654.38+10,000 tons, and it is estimated that it will be130,000 tons in 2065.438+03, with a slight year-on-year decrease. Talking about the operation of various enterprises, Zou revealed that in 20 13 years, the output and sales of enterprises such as Jinlong, Liang Hai, Obote and Nuoda all increased. Among them, the output of Jinlong is 340,000 tons (20 12 is about 300,000 tons), that of Liang Hai 120,000 tons, that of Obote is 70,000-80,000 tons, and that of Nuoda is 40,000-50,000 tons.
Affected by the Spring Festival holiday, energy-saving products benefiting the people project and other factors, the performance of refrigeration copper tube enterprises in the first quarter was poor, but since March, there have been signs of improvement. Especially since July, on the one hand, the European and American economies are not as depressed as expected, and the export markets in Africa and the Middle East are in good condition; On the other hand, the implementation of the new air-conditioning energy efficiency standards has also brought new procurement needs. In addition, the continuous high temperature weather in the summer of 20 13 promoted the sales of air conditioners and greatly stimulated the sales of refrigeration copper pipes.
Refrigeration copper tubes are priced in the mode of "electrolytic copper price+agreed processing fee". After 20 13 years, the processing fee still shows a downward trend. In the past few years, the processing cost of internally threaded copper tubes was about 50,000 yuan/ton, and now the pricing of most enterprises has fallen below 654.38+0.0000 yuan/ton; In the past few years, the processing fee of bare tubes was 6,000 yuan/ton, and now the pricing of some enterprises has even dropped to 3,000 yuan/ton.
Different enterprises have different pricing for processing fees. The processing cost of Norda is slightly higher, the processing cost of internally threaded copper tube is about 1 10,000 yuan/ton or even higher, the processing cost of Jinlong is about 9,000 yuan/ton, and the processing cost of other enterprises is about 7,000 yuan/ton.
The continuous reduction of the processing cost of refrigeration copper tubes has prompted many copper tube enterprises to implement the strategy of small profits but quick turnover, which has led to fierce competition in the refrigeration copper tube market.
20 13 refrigeration copper tube market has three outstanding characteristics: one is overcapacity, the other is serious homogenization of products, and the third is oversupply of low-end products and oversupply of high-end products. For these problems, the strategy adopted by enterprises is nothing more than controlling the cost of raw materials, striving to have a stable and strong capital flow, improving the added value of products, and expanding new application fields to enhance the competitiveness of products.
