Acheng Relay Co., Ltd. was approved by Harbin Joint-stock Coordination Leading Group Document No.4 (1993), and was exclusively initiated by Acheng Relay Factory, which was established by directionally raising internal staff shares. The company was recognized as a high-tech enterprise by the Management Committee of Harbin High-tech Industrial Development Zone in 1998+ 10, and it is one of the thousands of enterprises supported by the state and the birthplace of relay protection in China. Our products cover the whole country and are sold to Turkey, Pakistan, Iran and other countries. We have provided power station protection and control equipment for Gezhouba, Liujiaxia, Baishan and other national key projects, and our products have won national scientific and technological achievement awards for many times. The company is mainly engaged in developing, manufacturing and selling power system protection relays, relay protection devices and systems, complete sets of automation equipment and systems, power supplies and industrial electrical products. 1April 1999, with the approval of No.45 document of China Securities Regulatory Commission (Jian Zheng Fa Zi (1999)), the company publicly issued 55 million RMB A shares and listed them on Shenzhen Stock Exchange. On March 16, 2007, the shareholders' meeting was held, and the share-trading reform plan was reviewed and approved. On April 7, 2007, the major shareholder of the company was changed from Acheng Relay Group Co., Ltd. to Harbin Power Station Equipment Group Co., Ltd.
