He has served as environmental protection specialist and deputy manager of fly ash development company of Jiangsu Nanre Power Generation Company, project manager of Beijing Zhonglian Power Chemical Company, general manager and chairman of Nanjing Zhongdian Power Engineering Co., Ltd.
