Is it necessary to change the business license when the company's supervisors change?

Legal analysis: When a company changes its supervisor, it does not need to change its business license, but only needs to receive a notice of change after the change is completed.

Legal basis: Article 38 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). Changes of directors, supervisors and managers of a company shall be filed with the original company registration authority.

The required documents include:

1. Letter of appointment of the board of directors of the company;

2. Copy of the ID card of the general manager and one-inch bareheaded photo;

3, general manager resume registration form (industrial and commercial bureau format table);

4. A copy of the power of attorney and ID card of the registered personnel.
