The enterprise has built a first-class SPF chicken house in China and the first GMP vaccine production workshop in China that passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Agriculture. Heilongjiang Huaxueyan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Harbin Guangya Radiation Technology Co., Ltd. were jointly established with Japan and Russia respectively. In 2004, the company invested more than 80 million yuan to build a new GMP workshop for animal vaccines, and transformed the workshops for chemicals and traditional Chinese medicines. The production capacity is greatly improved and the product quality is reliably guaranteed.
There are 7 GMP workshops that have passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Agriculture. Among them, the live vaccine production workshop has four production lines with an annual production capacity of 30 billion feathers; There are three production lines in the inactivated vaccine production workshop, with a production capacity of 2 billion feathers; The No.4 Workshop of Chemical Medicine can produce 10 dosage form and 100 varieties of traditional Chinese medicine water injection, powder injection, granule, tablet, powder, premix, freeze-dried powder injection, solid disinfectant and liquid disinfectant.
