According to the overall land use planning and annual land use plan of Luoyang City, it is planned to requisition collective agricultural land 13.7438+0 hectares and construction land 16.5775 hectares in Zaoyuan Community of Hongshan Sub-district Office in Xigong District. According to the provisions of Article 47 of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, relevant matters concerning land acquisition compensation and resettlement are hereby notified as follows:

I. Scope of land to be expropriated

1 plot: east to Xiagou community dry land and village, west to hengshan road auxiliary road, south to Zaoyuan community woodland and Xiagou community village, and north to Zaoyuan community dry land and Xiagou community dry land.

2- 1 Plot: Zhoushan Avenue in the east, Luoyang Yihao Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Luoyang Yingchi Precision Gear Co., Ltd. in the west, Xiagou Community in Xigong District in the south and Zhonggou Community in the old city in the north.

Plot 2-2: Zhoushan Avenue in the east, Xiagou Community Residential Area in Xigong District in the west, Jiandao Avenue in the south and Xiagou Community Residential Area in Xigong District in the north.

Two, the status quo, land type and area of the expropriated land.

It is planned to expropriate the collective land 1.6308 hectares of Zaoyuan Community in Hongshan Street, Xigong District, including agricultural land 1.5789 hectares and construction land of 0.05 19 hectares.

It is planned to expropriate 3.3062 hectares of collective agricultural land in Xiagou Community, Hongshan Street, Xigong District, including 2.8427 hectares of cultivated land and 0.4635 hectares of other agricultural land.

It is planned to expropriate 25.3946 hectares of community collective land in Dalukou, Luobei Street, Xigong District, including 8.869 hectares of agricultural land and 16.5256 hectares of construction land.

Three. Expropriated land use

After land expropriation, it will be used as land for public management and public services, and commercial and residential land.

Fourth, the compensation standard for land acquisition.

The compensation standard for land requisition shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of the People's Government of Henan Province on Relevant Issues Concerning the Collection of Comprehensive Land Price in Agricultural Areas. The compensation standard for Zaoyuan Community and Xiagou Community in Hongshan Street is1170,000 yuan/hectare, and the compensation standard for Dalukou Community in Luobei Street is1485,000 yuan/hectare. The social security standard is implemented in accordance with the Notice of Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Promulgating the Minimum Social Security Fee for Land-expropriated Farmers in 2020, and the standard is 7 1.7 million yuan/hectare. The two comprehensive compensation standards for Zaoyuan Community and Xiagou Community in Hongshan Sub-district Office are 1. 887 million yuan/hectare, and the total cost of land acquisition compensation is 93 1. 6 1. 900 yuan. The two comprehensive compensation standards for Dalukou Community in Luobei Street are 22.02 million yuan/hectare, and the total cost of land acquisition compensation is 559 1 hectare.

Compensation standards for ground attachments and young crops shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of the Office of Luoyang Municipal People's Government on Printing and Distributing Compensation Standards for Ground Attachments of National Construction Expropriation Collective Land in Luoyang City, and compensation shall be made according to the facts.

Ways and methods of relocating verbs (abbreviation of verb)

The land acquisition plan will be resettled through the following channels:

1. Currency settlement. Pay the land requisition compensation and resettlement fee of 43,487,438+0,000 yuan to the rural collective economic organizations with expropriated land on time and in full, and distribute it according to laws and regulations.

2. Social security resettlement. The social security fund of this batch of land is 265,438 yuan+0,747,7572 yuan, which has been deposited in the designated account of our city. After the implementation of expropriation, eligible landless farmers will be included in the scope of social security.

Other matters of intransitive verbs

1. Within 30 days from the date of announcement, the owner and user of the expropriated land shall go through the compensation registration with the certificate of real estate ownership, and sign compensation and resettlement agreements with Hongshan Sub-district Office and Luobei Sub-district Office in Xigong District respectively.

2. Since the date of announcement, no unit or individual will be compensated for planting, planting and building within the scope of land acquisition.

3. If the expropriated rural collective economic organizations and their members and other interested parties have any opinions, please give written feedback to Xigong Branch of Luoyang Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources within 30 days from the date of promulgation of this notice.
