Third, the problem of arrears of project funds is the most serious. After 20 years of hard work, it is no joke to go back to before liberation. It's true. Some municipal projects may not get money for 10 years, and some money may not even be saved in this life. Therefore, without abundant capital, a basic project will be abandoned. This is the most desperate thing. Fourth, the company's internal management, taxation, industry and commerce, and construction bureau are all indispensable and subject to inspection. It's easy to hire someone to do it, and it's annoying to report it yourself.

To start a landscaping engineering company, you must apply for a company business license and submit the following documents to the company registration authority:

(1) An application for registration of establishment signed by the legal representative of the company;

(2) Certificates of the designated representatives or entrusted agents of all shareholders;

(3) Articles of association;

(four) the qualification certificate of shareholders or the identity certificate of natural persons;

(5) Documents stating the names and domiciles of the directors, supervisors and managers of the company, as well as relevant certificates of appointment, election or employment;

(6) The post-holding documents and identity certificates of the legal representative of the company;

(7) Notice of pre-approval of enterprise name;

(eight) the company's domicile certificate;

(9) Other documents required by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Where laws, administrative regulations or decisions of the State Council stipulate that the establishment of a limited liability company must be approved, relevant approval documents shall also be submitted.

Article 10 The registered items of a company shall comply with the provisions of laws and administrative regulations. If it does not conform to the provisions of laws and administrative regulations, the company registration authority shall not register it.

Article 11 The company name shall conform to the relevant provisions of the state. A company can only use one name. The company name approved and registered by the company registration authority is protected by law.

Article 12 The domicile of a company is the place where its main office is located. A company registered by the company registration authority can only have one domicile. The domicile of a company shall be within the jurisdiction of its company registration authority.

Article 13 The registered capital of a company shall be expressed in RMB, except as otherwise provided by laws and administrative regulations.

Article 14 The mode of capital contribution of shareholders shall conform to the provisions of Article 27 of the Company Law, but shareholders shall not make capital contribution by labor service, credit, natural person's name, goodwill, franchise right or property with guarantee.

Article 15 The business scope of the company shall be stipulated in the articles of association and registered according to law.
