1.25MW products are well received by users due to their high reliability. 1.25MW series fans have three rotor diameters of 62m, 64m and 70m, and three different hub heights of 65m, 68m and 9 1.5m can be selected. Up to now, more than 400 sets of 1.25MW series fans have been produced, which are distributed in Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shandong and other wind farms, and the first batch of MW-class fans in China have been exported. A series of models are designed and made: normal temperature model, low temperature model, plateau model, 60 Hz model and so on.
The 2MW product with independent intellectual property rights successfully developed by Shanghai Electric has the standard configuration of 87m and 93m fans, forming a series of products with low temperature resistance, typhoon resistance and salt spray resistance, and realizing mass production. Dafeng prototype was successfully operated in early 2009. For example, the wind turbines built in the Eastern Dynasty were connected to the grid at the beginning of 20 10, and the first 2MW offshore wind turbine in China was installed in Xiangshui, Jiangsu. A number of 2MW wind farms such as Changxing Island, Tieling and Tianjin Dashentang have entered the construction stage.
The 3.6MW offshore wind turbine independently developed by Shanghai Electric has a rotor diameter of116m, which is the most advanced wind turbine in China at present and represents the future development direction of wind turbines in China. The prototype will be rolled off the production line in June 20 10 and installed in August; The second 3.6 MW wind turbine is scheduled to sail on Donghai Bridge at the end of this year.
Shanghai Electric is determined to become the leader of technology and products in the wind power industry, and has accelerated the speed of product research and development. The self-designed 3.6MW offshore fan is about to go offline, and the expansion of 2MW fan will be completed this year. The 5MW fan under development will also be rolled off the production line in the third quarter of next year, and the research and development of direct drive or semi-direct drive products with larger capacity has been started.
