Approved by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. is a national property insurance company jointly established by Beijing Oriental Cinda Asset Management Company, Yima Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd., Aerospace Science and Technology Finance Co., Ltd., SINOMACH Finance Co., Ltd. and some outstanding private enterprises.
It is not controlled by the state, nor is it a state-owned enterprise.
